So today has had it's ups and downs but the question I am asking myself is what can I do besides eat or think about food? I must come up with some things I enjoy because this has been one tough afternoon and evening. I HAVE to DO SOMETHING ELSE!!!! So I am going to start my list here to refer back to when I get in this predicament again...this can't stop thinking about food, wanna eat, gotta have a snack kind of a mood! So here goes...Things I could do instead, and a couple of these I am even trying out tonight!...

read the Bible
watch TV
knit (need to learn how again!)
paint my toenails
take a bath
soak my feet and do my own pedicure

write a letter - novel idea huh?
find a new song I like to download onto my ipod

write a song
journal
play with our puppies
find a new hobby - any suggestions?
play a video game
Hmmmm...that is all I can think of at the moment. Feel free to help me add to the list. I really do need help coming up with some things that I enjoy doing. You notice cleaning, laundry and housework are NOT on the list. :)
